Have you ever sat at the beach and listened to the waves ebbing over small rocks, it’s a very distinct and soothing sound. One of the reasons I love long exposure is while I have the shutter open, I can sit back and take in my surroundings. On this particular evening, Halloween 2022, I was in the Ocean Beach neighborhood of San Diego and found this beautiful little scene. This three minute exposure allowed me to sit on a nearby rock and listen to the ebb & flow while my camera recorded Nature’s beauty, for a few brief moments nothing else existed except being present.
I hope you enjoy this image as much as I did creating it.
