Utah Fall Colors Photography Workshop
September 27-30, 2026
Experience the Magic of Southern Utah in Autumn
Experience the beauty of Utah’s high country as it transforms into a sea of gold and orange. Rugged mountain ranges and valleys, shimmering aspens, and quiet alpine meadows create a landscape made for photography, and a sense of stillness that’s hard to find anywhere else.
Once again, I’ll be assisting my friend and fellow photographer Hunter Page on his fall colors workshop in the mountains of southern Utah. Together, we lead a small group through one of the most spectacular yet under‑the‑radar regions in the American West, balancing adventure with comfort and care. This workshop is designed so you can focus entirely on creativity while we take care of the rest.
During our last visit, we didn’t see another photographer the entire week, a rare chance to experience true solitude and connection with the landscape. That quiet focus, combined with the ease of having everything handled, is what makes this experience so special.
As assistant instructor and chef, I’ll manage the details that make a difference, from logistics and transportation to freshly prepared meals, so you can stay present in the field and concentrate on your work. Hunter, a professional landscape photographer and local expert, will guide us through his backyard landscapes, revealing hidden groves and secret overlooks he’s discovered over years of exploration. I’ll share my own fine‑art perspective along the way, helping you find emotion and simplicity in the complexity of the forest.
Together, we’ll explore from sunrise to sunset, share meals in the field, and unwind in comfortable private cabins each night. Every detail is designed to create a seamless experience, allowing you to focus on photographing, learning, and connecting deeply with the landscape.
